Terms of ServiceBy agreeing to commission me, you agree to the following:★ I have the right to refuse taking on any commission for whatsoever reason at any time★ Art will not be started until payment is received. This is very important and i will not stress this enough. Refusal to pay or giving excuses WILL result you in being blacklisted from commissioning me again in the future. If you wish to cancel your art order, there is a time period until I finish the sketch is when cancellation is required and you get a 100% refund★ All and any art must be credited to any of the linked social medias. Any watermarks may not be removed off of my art★ Visual references are needed if you want me to get your commission as accurate as desired; no heavily shaded reference sheets. No AI references or stolen images★ I do not do deadlines. I work on my time and schedule, if a specific deadline is needed, provide me it with your order. Do not rush me on art if you haven't given a set deadline ahead of time★ Following the above, my health issues may make it sometimes hard for me to leave bed and work on art. I will always try my best to work on a timely schedule but respect that i am human and i have conditions that stagger my ability for art, i am not a machine to produce art out 24/7★ I do not condone my art being used for AI purposes, used without credit, being reproduced for other art commissions or profits. Being found doing any of the listed will be resulted in a warning about future service to you, any actions repeated after the warning results in a blacklist★ Any finished commissions will 100% be posted to my archive, and may or may not be posted onto my social medias, if posting to my social medias is not desired, let me know
